This is my real tea (not gossip “tea”)

Three thermos mugs, big ones.
One ginger teabag
One Egyptian Licorice teabag
One fennel teabag

A few shakes of pumpkin spice into each mug, while the kettle boils.

For “milk” a heated-up combo of almond milk and almond creamer.
Stevia for sweetener, if nec. I don’t dare count the calories.

These three mugs last for hours—all morning and into the afternoon. The mugs all have tops to keep the tea hot. When the fennel tea mug gets low, I just pour the ginger or licorice in, to mix them up. God it’s so good.

My sister said, that sounds disgusting! Yay—more for me !
Satisfies my sweet tooth, totally removes hunger. And the ginger gives it a little bite.
No dinner. Wake up w flatter stomach.

What’s your go-to tea? Caffeine or non? milk?

Dinner is the least important meal of the day.

my favourite is Genmaicha! it's that green tea you get at sushi restaurants. it's just a toasted rice green tea but hooooly it's delicious.

also the brand Twinings makes a Strawberry Raspberry Pomegranate Green Tea and it tastes like fruit juice it's AMAZING.

ok last one, the brand Galil makes a delicious Apricot Herbal tea that honestly I could drink all day every day

**edit because i forgot one: the brand Stash makes a tea called Zen, it's Spearmint Lemongrass Green Tea and i actually like it more than most minty teas. i prefer spearmint over peppermint

I love iced teas but have found they load up the sugar when they're made at like shops and stuff :(

Green tea with matcha and lemon is my favorite hot tea.

If I fall apart artistically, does that redeem it and make it beautiful?

I'm pretty broke and fancier teas in my country can get expensive af. So Apple, Perpermint, Hibiscus, Cinnamon and Ginger are my go- to's.

Sometimes I drink lemon or peach black tea, but my body is betraying me by becoming caffeine sensitive.

EDIT - I'm so glad the South Beach is still up n running!

Bengal Spice is the bomb. Sooo delicious! It’s so spicy and strong, I can sometimes get up to 3 cups.

I also drink Oolong, Green Tea, Tulsi, Ginger, Chai and occasionally White Tea & English Breakfast.

My current obsession is cardamom french toast flavoured tea, this one I take black. I also like a s'mores chai with a splash of milk. Or if I'm feeling fancy, Carribbean crush (fruity flavours) turned into an iced tea with a little bit of sugar.

I was a really big fan of the Rwandan tea that my husband brought back from his work trip. Paired with a little Rwandan spiced honey it really hit the spot.

I also really love Earl Grey and Breakfast Tea - If I can't get PG Tips I'll get the Trader Joes Breakfast Tea and it tastes just like English tea.

I used to love bubble milk tea but I don't trust myself with it anymore. I know in the town closest there's a milk tea shop that adjusts the sweetness to 0% so if I'm comfortable with the milk calories I'll probably let myself have a small one towards the end of the year.

What goes up, must come down.

Licorice tea is my current favorite. Some brands are spicy, some are more mild. It's a uncommon flavor, but it's worth trying it!
