Does anyone else have a leg/arm/something that's bigger than the other side. I've realized my left leg is much stronger and longer than my right leg. It's been really bothering me and I'm not sure how to correct it.

I thought maybe if I continue to workout my right leg a little more, it'd eventually even out? My OCD has transferred to obsessing over my body proportions.

After having my ACL reconstruction surgery on one of my knees without full recovery through rehabilitation physical therapy, my right leg has always been more muscular.

Unilateral movements should even things out. Split squats, lunges, single leg Romanian deadlifts, single leg glute bridge, etc. Just make sure to do the weak leg first.

I've had it from injuries before, but it's fixed.
