hey! just read all this... you can do it! if you’re prone to binging fasting might make you gain more cals than you lose. i avoid fasting bc it makes me eat too much for like 3 days after lmao

oh true i get that! i can’t fast for long i have too many health problems (not eating related) so i’m kinda jealous of ppl who can do it and be fine

so my parents buy take out every saturday or sunday and I cant get out of eating family dinners so I knew I was going to eat over, im really happy that I didnt binge though because I normally binge on these take out days since I know that im going to be over my calorie goal anyways. not looking forward to the scale tomorrow though, I'll try not to weigh at all but honestly I prob will end up weighing myself in the end

omg this is a mess but whatever ok 

tomorrow im going to try to eat 800-900 cal since I went over today!

thank you :) im gonna restart it again tomorrow because this last week was really hard on me (my depression is starting to come back after being gone for a few months) and then we had a birthday in the family so I ended up eating half of a cake at 4 am :/ it wasn't even a good cake too

so im restarting this for the final time and am just going to continue on if I binge again instead of just restarting lmao

 

I also started intermittent fasting bc I dont really get hungry until I eat something then I need to eat everything in sight lol. 

 

I havent weighed in but I think im around 166-167 

 

I planned all my meals for this week so there is no surprises for what I have for dinner.

 

I live with my parents and im forced to eat in front of my family (unless I say I am studying) so sometimes its hard to track what im eating bc my mom says she just put in a bit of oil but this woman puts in like 1/4 cup I swear 

 

anyways im expecting this to be messy but idc anymore lol 

 

at the end of the diet I'll post a before and after of my body+jawline(maybe) if I can find a background people wont recognize lol or maybe I'll just remove the background
