so I ate over today :( really pissed tbh I need to start tracking my snacks instead of just saying "Oh well its just a LITTLE bit of cereal" 

 

I literally track the 4 calories in tea but not the goddamn cereal I eat so I always have to overestimate just to be safe smh.

I forgot mothers day was coming up :( my family always does this 2 day event where we will celebrate on saturday and sunday with brunches and dinners on both days, and this year we are doing them over a video chat so we still need to make all the brunch foods cause part of the appeal is us eating the same food I guess?? idk my parents are dealing with it but im assuming im gonna binge for the next 2 days bc ik for sure all my favourite sweets are gonna be made ( I have to make them) and we are picking up cookies from my grandparents lol.

 

pray for me guys, ik im gonna eat over my budget and I'll prob be really pissed and cry for the whole day so im not really gonna update for the next few days until Monday probably then I will be back on track and prob eat lower to reach 160 by the time the diets up.

 

also I weighed in today at 166.2 which isnt as much as I thought I was gonna gain, bc of my binge yesterday, but still I gained like a pound lol. anyways my measurements were:

 

29 inch waist

42 inch hip 

and 23 inch thigh

 

probably wouldve been lower if I hadn't binged

 

literally so sick of these excuses I keep making for myself, it just makes me hate myself more but the spring is full of these damn holidays and birthdays which always results in my favourite binge foods being made. but after mothers day there is literally no other holidays for the next few months so I should be in the clear. I might do the extended version of this diet to get me to my ugw (140-130) but im still deciding on that... why am I like this 

 

also I have hella period bloat so that with my water weight gain from food probably puts me at a lower weight and measurement but I'll see on Monday what I weigh cus I wont be weighing in these next few days or I'd be too sad to celebrate with my mom and grandmas  :( ready to be over 170 after this weekend!

I overate today, as you can see.

im gonna be up tomorrow when I weigh in, probably around 170 again, but I didnt eat over my TDEE so ik it's just food weight.

tomorrow I'm gonna fast, on late night study nights I eat alone, so I will just skip dinner. 

 

 also I slipped and ended up hitting my nose on a book shelf. so now my nose has a huge bump, is bruised and hurts BAD. not broken though just hurts like a bitch :(

me deciding to restart the diet bc ive gained all the weight back from when I started ffs what am I doing 

 

I feel like I couldn't control what I ate bc my favourite binge foods were always being made 

 

but now there are no holidays, I think I can finally do this diet. I'm going to eat at 1200 to prepare myself for it and then start again on monday.

 

sorry I keep failing, but I mean, whatever man. If I kept going on knowing I could've lost more then I wouldve felt even more self hatred then just restarting it and losing as much as possible.

alright! time to start again.

 

 

HSGD. ATTEMPT 4 or 5 IDK ANYMORE

hip: 42.5 inches

thigh: 24 inches 

bodyfat%: 24.5 (this is according to a scale so it might not be accurate but im tracking anywaysss)

 

goals for end of this diet:

 

weight: 160 lbs

waist: 28 inches

hip: 41 inches

thigh: 22.5 inches

 

I have a lot of water weight 

 

I'll update my measurements every Saturday, I also took progress pictures and I'll take update pics halfway through the diet, and at the end to compare.

 

I also hope to not binge at all during this diet, I think the problem with binging for me is if I ever go 100 cals over budget, I just say fuck it and eat 2000 extra cals. So I'm going to try to eat 200 cals under budget, so that way if I eat an extra 100 cals, I'm still under budget for the diet, hopefully this will work for me.

 

I'm also trying to stay up until 1 am so that I wake up around 10:30 so that by the time I get hungry I will be able to eat dinner.

ok so I didnt binge, I allowed myself to overeat because I was getting poutine which I never get, but I still overate. I will clearly be up tomorrow, and tomorrow I will be eating at maintenance because my family always gets take out on Saturdays, and we do a dessert. This is the only day where I feel comfortable going over my calorie budget, so I would like to hold onto that.
