This was last updated quite a while ago but I'm hoping you're still doing them!

 

I usually try to stay under 800 calories per day with a little bit of wiggle room

 

I'm intolerant to a lot of foods mainly dairy, eggs, fish, red meat, mushrooms and coffee

I try to eat as high protein as possible but with my limited diet it can be quite hard - usually lots of chicken and beans!

Also pastas and breads usually trigger a binge :(

Could you do one vegan, ander 800kcals with 3 or 4 meals and without nuts or seeds

And thank you that you doing is cool

Update 05/02/2020: I am taking new requests and would love for you to ask for a meal plan! I am currently not doing anything under 500 cals though unless you give me a really good explanation like alternate day fasting and it being your low calorie day or something like that - otherwise I do not want to support that degree of self-damage. If I accidentally skipped you please remind me, I lost my structure a bit for quite some time inbetween! :)

So Corona has me bored as hell and in need to do something to distract myself from eating, and I just saw this idea from ana.hannah in here (who stole it from coffeecandyandcardio, so credits to both!).
Just give me as much of your preferences as you would like (cal. limit, requirements, number of meals, whatever), and I am going to get back to you as soon as inspiration hits me. I love creating meal plans - only struggling with the following them part. ;)

Hey!!! I’m praying that you’re still doing this- struggling so much right now, moving into a apartment with other girls, gained a lot of weight, been super off with food the past while and I need to get on track and stay continual in my MP- not like not eating for a day or two then eating or what not: just want concrete!’
Basically:
5’5.5” - 133lbs 😩
Need to get to min, 115 just to look normal! But for now I’ll take that (real goal 100/90)

I don’t want to screw up so max max max max 1200(if you think that will keep me steady, not over eat at night...... ) prefer lower calorie 800-100, but super filling/volume!

I’m a vegetarian- don’t eat eggs (I might might might try egg whites, scared) allergic to strawberries pineapple and kiwi- can’t eat any beans 😢 soooo protein options are rough.... DONT do reg milk- only almond milk, I prefer solids over liquids..... I will do smoothies that are thick enough to eat with a spoon..... prefer safe foods but will be living with others, also been having random sugar cravings?!?
Current food list I have (but I’ll but other!), I want to make sure that I am full, reduce any and all cravings... I like frozen fruit 😊 and green apples...(don’t know if other fruit is bad for me) love love love veggies like I’ll just eat a head of Romain! Plus any others- but they add up 😢, also need my protein probably - tofu easiest go to to find (I’m open to ideas!) (also need to move more online school stinks 😷)
-kamut puffs
-tofu
-almond milk
-Greek yogurt 0%
-oats
-sweet potato
-100 cal English muffins
-whole wheat bread
-I do have some reg cereals.... but they are all higher calorie ugh
-cottage cheese
-rice thins
-almond butter
-PB2 & powdered almond butter
-halo top(not many)
-all fruits and veggies (love them!!!! The more the merrier:) )
-popcorn
-protein bars (quest etc..)

Hello! I’m vegan and any amount of calories is okay with me, i’m not too fussy about the numbers anymore!!
I have to eat at lunchtime otherwise people in work will be concerned!

I really want a meal plan! I'm an ethical vegetarian (who eats only local eggs/dairy, and otherwise 75% vegan) and I like eating 500-600 calories per day!

Idk if you're still doing this but i really want a meal plan!

  • I'm just trying to stay under 1,100 calories
  • Usually have 2 meals a day and a small snack 
  • i don't really like eggs 
  • i love sweet things

Is this still happening? I it is can I request 1000cals max, high protein and gluten free please? Also I have a bit of a sweet tooth but don’t like to eat sugar because it triggers binges...
