This was last updated quite a while ago but I'm hoping you're still doing them!
I usually try to stay under 800 calories per day with a little bit of wiggle room
I'm intolerant to a lot of foods mainly dairy, eggs, fish, red meat, mushrooms and coffee
I try to eat as high protein as possible but with my limited diet it can be quite hard - usually lots of chicken and beans!
Also pastas and breads usually trigger a binge
