i went for a walk today n i burned calories. i woke up a little late too, so i wasn't feeling too hungry throughout the day. it's 7pm for me right now and i hope i can make it through the rest of the day without eating anything else. i'm quite proud of myself for having a net of <500. i hope i can keep it up.
on a different note, HOW DID I LOSE 1.4 POUNDS WITH A CALORIE DEFICIT OF ONLY 200? i really hope it's actually real and not just my scale malfunctioning, because if it is, wtf??

Most people naturally burn 2000 calories a day, give or take depending on your BMI. If you exercise on top of that, that means you'd have a calorie deficit of 1100-1200, so your net would be in the negative. That would explain why you're losing so much! Good luck :)

i think i gained because of that binge. its okay i think, if i keep restricting i hope i'll lose at a steady rate instead of rapidly, then gaining it all back. today my mother made this really good vegetable pancake and i'm pretty sure i underestimated on that but i think i was still under 1k calories, so i'm good. ^also, as i was baking i ate a bit of the batter and idk how much i ate lol so :shrug: 
why do i feel like i ate soo much today? is it because of all the high calorie things or am i just paranoid? i feel like i ate a ton today

i did a calculator thingy online and it said i have a tdee of about 1500 (i'm 5'2ish and 114 pounds and i'm also really young so idk if that affects it), i really wish i burned 2000 though lol, and thanks x
