Hi, everyone. c: What vitamins/supplements do you take daily? And what has been the effect of the supplements you've been taking in the weight loss and your overall health?

Yesterday I went kind of crazy on vitamins. Decided that, since I low restricted successfully, that I should spend the money I saved from not buying food, to treat myself with vitamins.

The deal I made with myself was that I'd take the full dose of everything if I successfully low restricted that day. Half the dose if I only high restricted.

I did all gummies for two reasons:

1. It's a little "treat" for succeeding in restriction, like a little "candy" at the end of the day.
2. I feel like they digest better if there's a little substance to it rather than just straight powder in a capsule.

I have 5 different kinds.

By Olly brand:
 1. Multivatmin
 2. Skin health(They were out of hair/nail)
 3. Probiotic(I have issues with digestion especially when restricting)
 4. Sleep aid(Cant fucking sleeping when I restrict)

One more is a different brand, I got elderberry extract immune support. Dont know if it'll do anything.

I take water soluble vitamins - electrolytes, a multivitamin and calcium. Maybe it's placebo maybe not, but they help me feel better when I restrict

I take a well rounded "meal centered" multivitamin, fish oil, and candida support. I also drink collagen in the morning with my tea, and I know it's not technically a supplement but I drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every morning with lemon.

My routine is based more on mental health than physical, but here it is.

I do fish oil (1200 epa 900 dha), vitD, folic acid, 5-HTP, and lithium orotate (to supplement my prescribed lithium carbonate). I used to take SAM-E too but I didn't notice a difference. The folic acid has probably been the most effective for me as far as mood.

On the nights I take melatonin (you shouldn't take it every night since your body is quick become tolerant) I take a calcium magnesium zinc and a potassium to boost it.

When I don't take my multivitamin I really like veggies. Pretty much don't eat any veggies while taking it. I take that as evidence that it works.

I take a multivitamin, a mineral pill with calcium, magnesium, and zinc, plus potassium powder.

Multivitamin
Vitamin D because I live in north and we don't have much sunshine here
Calcium for bones
Magnesium for muscles
Iron because I'm anemic

+venlafaxine for depression, melatonine for sleeping and opamox for anxiety (only if I really need it)

I think it's a good combo, I have never had problems with bloodwork except for anemia but I had it before ed too

EZMelts multivitamin - has vitamin D, B12, iron, and zinc, among other things. I dose magnesium and potassium separately, in powder form in my morning tea.
