For me I need to see a tiny bit of progress to get my head in the game. Otherwise I feel too discouraged to try. Is it similar for you? Either way, have faith. You can do it ☺️

Thanks so much to all of you for the birthday wishes! How in the world am I 50?!

I weighed this morning, so my SW for April is 134.2. That makes me sick, but apparently not enough to do something about it. I still don't feel like my head is in the game. How do I get back to where I need to be?!

Thanks for letting me be here with you all in the meantime. I hope that your successes will rub off on me!

Not a high day calories wise, but definetely not the healthiest of food choices

Total - 440

Yes, a little progress would definitely help; but I can't even *make* myself stick to a reasonable plan long enough to do anything. It seems like I used to have more resolve than I do now. I went through menopause...does that remove resolve? LOL!

Yikes...March was a hot mess for me.  Wt was all over the place- gained a bunch, then lost some again.   Still up from where I started.  I actually want to gain weight this month, unlike March.  I want to be a bit healthier and I am not going to be if I lose.  I know I will feel better at a slightly higher weight.

output @ 10:46pm is 1703 so however pathetic, I did at least keep the input a bit under the output... bah, i suck

 

Today was a rough one but ended much better than it started.

Morning all

Feels weird missing a day, but my bf got up early yesterday, couldn't update you all.

So my April goals, uurm dunno lol

Lose 6lb, that's reasonable I spose.
Continue my b/p free streak, currently stands at 41 days.
Find a new exercise I like and can do at home (lock down is so restrictive)
Stick with high restriction, slow and steady.

My weight this morning is 161lb, finally hit my March goal, on 3 days late.

Just going to give a brief food diary today as it's for a few days.

Things I made, keto Bailey's (Irish cream liqure) yum but the cals are mental, made the rest into ice cream, still in the freezer for treats over the weekend.

Ikea style, keto Swedish meatballs and their cheesy sauce, omg I neally foodgasmed.

Last night I did slow cooked beef in red wine and made a cauliflower crust to make a pie lid.

Really getting into the keto recipe experimentation.

I had 960 calories yesterday. Today I'm fasting.

 

My weight this morning shows a loss. 69.9 kg or 154.1 lbs. :)

Stayed same as yesterday which is a pleasant surprise.. I keep expecting it to bounce back up. Prob will as soon as I reintroduce alcohol...

As always I get inspired reading everyone’s posts ☺️

Yesterday I stuck to my low carb plan. Ate stir fry cabbage with sesame oil drizzle and ribs no sauce for lunch at noon. Ran 5 miles and ended up so hungry post run I felt like a lunatic. Had avocado pudding with two full avo’s as a snack. Dinner was coconut curry veggie with two fried eggs. Snack was some cream cheese with flax seed mixed in plus cinnamon.

Woke up hungry this morning which made me feel like a skinny mini. Weight is totally unchanged at 126.4 lol!! Funny how sticking to plan makes me happy even when I’m exactly the same size. Lol

I've done eggs quite a few times; I should do that...

 

My youngest son went to the store yesterday and came back with a surprise for me: butter pecan Haagen-Dazs. :o

That was sooo thoughtful, but wow...I sure don't need food as a gift! 

Anyway, I'll be working on that all weekend; I can't *not* eat it since he got it for me.

 

Maybe I'll plan on an egg mono starting on Monday.

I love eggs because they are so satisfying. Let me know how it goes if you do a mono.

I fasted yesterday. I nice loss on the scale this morning, 69.3 kg today.

 

Today is an eating day again. Keeping it under 1000.

 

I won't weight in for another few days...

Can't go outside and food is everywhere... anyone starting to get inpatient ptsd triggers?

Ate: 1406 (+ too much booze)
Fitbit TDEE: 1816

Went crazy yesterday as boyfriend and I decided to do an indulgent (at-home) date night. It was fun. Trying very hard not to stress about high cals as I am sure it worked out as maintenance and I am back at restriction/no booze today.

Stuck to plan yesterday, but Cals might have been maintenance. Overall a good day. Been sleeping well and actually felt pretty good on a run despite low carb.

Ate stir fry cabbage plus sesame oil, hard boiled egg, pork for lunch at 1:30. Snack at five was two eggs, sesame oil, lots of peanuts, cashews, almonds (a cup plus). Dinner at ten was kale + cauliflower braised in butter, mustard, white wine plus ground turkey cooked in my cast iron with butter/mustard and nutritional yeast sauce added. Dinner was so good I finished all of it even though I had cooked a large amt. I’m realizing I should cook smaller portions.

Ran 7.5 miles.

Today I might do a sausage mono bc I have some pre cooked in the fridge. Kind of excited to see if that shrinks my stomach. ☺️

Morning all

My weight is up, I'm uncomfortably bloated, feel constipated but I'm not (maybe a little). I'm coming up on mid cycle, hormone changes normally give me a couple of days of 2/3lb excess but this feels worse, plus I'm hungry/munchy in the evenings. Could be lockdown boredom setting in, having my bf here all the time, no manic rushing about trying to get everything done before he gets home from work.

Yesterday I overate 2,125 cals out of 2,684, my net carbs were 40g omg (still in keto, but only just 0.3mml this morning) did drink wine though.

Yesterday I made a vegetable chilli, which we had with pork belly.

But I nibbled on cheese, and carrots with peanut butter.

Yesterday I had 1220 calories. Above my goal. But the worst of it was being tempted by sourdough bread. At least I controlled myself and didn't have the whole loaf. Meh. Look at me patting myself in the back. That's why I've been fat all my life...

 

Anyway...

 

Good news, I had a BM this morning! After a week!

 

So of course my morning weight was something to look forward to!

 

69.1 kg this morning. That's 152.3 lbs.

Super bloated and still needing a bm, not getting on scale, I feel ucky.
Starting up sober nights again tonight, want to do at least 3 nights sober, hopefully 5.
