Morning y’all, didn’t do a mono yesterday but I did stick to single ingredient things. Ate four hard boil eggs, eight sausages, three bowls of Greek yogurt, and about three cups of nuts. Ran 8 miles. My running actually feels good on this diet, which surprises me, but I think it’s the carbs in the nuts.

Weight yesterday was 125.2 but I think it might be up today. I dont feel like I’m in a deficit (no portion control over here). Not sure what my plan is today. I have a kobocha squash that needs to get eaten or go in the freezer. Hmmmm.

Hello All,

I have been ill with fever and bad fatigue since Thursday night, hence the absence.

I am feeling a bit better now, but to be honest, I was not tracking.  I don't think I really ate enough to track much anyway.

Sunday Weigh In - 113.0

I am going to credit that to sweating my ass off when my fever finally broke.

Yeah, it was not good times.

Hope everyone else is able to remain healthy and in good spirits.

Today went well Until the night time snack I just had (about a cup of peanuts). Night time snacking is my Achilles heel. A small part of it has to do with actual appetite related to night running, but about 80% of it is habit pure and simple. I need to find ways to keep it to a manageable portion size if I want to make any progress. Not sure how best to do that. Plan a reward for myself if I can go a week without eating a whole cashew tree before bed? Maybe set better parameters around WHAT I snack on. I think if I stick to certain non-binge foods I will be okay, like plain eggs.

Otherwise ate hard boil eggs, sausages, nuts for lunch, ran about nine miles, ate two wok’s worth of veggie stir fry (delicious) plus two fried eggs with sesame seeds. The ‘snack’ was a pill of salted in shell peanuts, which are like crack. Super full now.

Bright spot: haven’t purged yet this month.

Height 5'1

sw: 102.6 lbs (BMI: 19.4)
TDEE: 1300-1500 (
no workout)

Goal:
Get into 98-99 by May 1st (BMI 18.5)

My plato achieve my goal is to high restrict 700-1000 (maybe a bit of leniency for the weekends since my s/o is home). I use my average TDEE to count which is 1,400. I created two plans for that:
(+ mea
ns eat; - means deficit)

Plan A

M +750
T +800

W +850

T +900

F +850

S +1,000

S +1,150
Total 6,400 - 9,800 = 3,500

Plan B

M +750
T +750

W +1,000

T +750

F +750

S +1,000

S +1,4000

Total 6,400 - 9,800 = 3,500

Wish me luck!
And Good luck everybody!!!! :)

My weight is still up, 2.5 - 3lb over where I was, I haven't gone over maintenance, most days my deficit is closer to 1000, but at least 500. I know it's just hormones causing bloat, but why does it have to be like this?

Yesterday's food

Brunch @ 10am, cheese omelette and thick cut bacon.
Dinner @ 6pm, baked celeriac, roasted cauliflower and chicken thigh
1/2 bottle of red wine

Ate just under 2k out of 2,835 cals but carbs were 30g net, food on target macros but wine shoved it over again.

I just devoured one soon I woke up,

I'm addicted to Clif bars, they were always my work lunch. I started eating them at home instead when Covid happened but that quickly got out of control! Banned now for me boohoo.

My weight is still up, 2.5 - 3lb over where I was, I haven't gone over maintenance, most days my deficit is closer to 1000, but at least 500. I know it's just hormones causing bloat, but why does it have to be like this?

It's prob the wine too keeping the number up. I have no excuse for my not-as-low-as-I-want number today as I had my bm and now see no bloat at all! Ak. Crossing my fingers for tmrw, after another sober night.

If it makes you feel better, the fact that it’s hard probably means that you have a good metabolism and you are pushing yourself into a deficit. That is how you get things done, baby ☺️

Mine was Atkins bars. I'd get to where I didnt want anything else ever, and I'd walk in circles until I'd burnt enough cals to have "just one more"... I've quit and don't miss them at all... but I'm still terrified of what would happen if I did eat one.

Today and tomorrow are just going to be a caloric mess do to life dramas... better I accept it now. I'll be back day after tomorrow. Hope you ladies have a good couple days❤️

Fired up the barbie today for the first time of the season. Jesus was it good. Went off the low carb plan bc I’m a sucker for charred onions and lemons.

Ate a big salad with almonds and goat cheese for lunch at 1:30. Dinner was four chicken drummies off the grill with said onion and lemon, with Greek yogurt dip, and Chinese broccoli side. YUM.

I feel like I have major pms even though I take continuous birth control pills. Could be. Weight up three lbs today. Fun stuff ☺️

I've decided to set a calorie limit that does *not* include my coffee (because it's so heavy that seeing the number discourages me, and then I give up. Brilliant, I know.)

So, I need to not go over 800 calories (again, that's not including my coffee, so this is hiiiiigh restriction; but I figure I have to start somewhere.) Maybe starting this high will at least get me back to being accountable to a number; I function best with rules.

Today, I've had about 500. I'm pretty proud of that, and I feel good. Now, if I can just do that forever. :/

Oh, and I did an hour of working out - Jillian's 30-Day Shred and then 40 minutes on the treadmill. :D

My weight is up even more I'm 164.6lb, up 3.6lb on Fridays weight.

Think I've an idea on what's going on, it's my naughty cheats, nibbles and spoon licks. Yesterday my carbs logged came in at 10g Yay! But this morning I did a mental inventory of the things I knicked and nibbled on whilst cleaning my kids rooms. Squares of chocolate caramel, bites of millionaires shortbread, and a few crisps. Cals wise probably only around 150 but carbs were talking nearly 50g omg.

It's the water weight from the carbs, I had a high carb weekend as well, so my cells are storing all that water with extra carbs. Think if I remember rightly it's 37g of water to every gram of stored glycogen.

Need to make a concerted effort not to nibble on any extras from now on. And drink more water.

Yesterday's food (the logged version)

Lunch @ 12:30 smoked mackerel, cream cheese and lettuce
Dinner @ 7pm steak, cheese stuffed mushrooms and asparagus in bacon with goats cheese.

Ate about 1500 out of 2,500, with 10g net carbs
But then added about 150 with 50g of net carbs

CICO can do one, I'm well under but still gaining
