Day 7 of abc diet

Unpictured coffee with chewing gum x2, one before my meal and one after

Earl grey tea with a slice of pizza which I added a little black pepper to, looks more than it is bc I cut it up - unknown calories, approx 300 ish

A pint of low cal chocolate brownie ice cream (soo good. Honestly almost cried when it was finished, just wanted more hahah. 349 calories

Total today was 1020 kcal.

Yeah me too lol, it's all finished. I kind of regret it though, it's amazing when I eat it but now it's gone so it feels pointless? Idk I'm a mess

I got my period and I'm full of a cold so my partner bought me food because hes so lovely but now I feel shit for eating so much

Smoothie (mango, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, berry powder, toffee sauce)

Salt and vinegar crisps

Vegan cupcakes (i just had 1, but it was so good I just want to eat them all)

I love that Dr. McDougall soup! I have the split pea, “chicken” noodle, and sesame “chicken.” I used to love the minestrone but they discontinued it. Now it might be back but it’s the large cup.

Yeah it’s See How You Eat. Also it lets you put notes on the pictures. I just use the calories I log on from my fitness pal
