Really good day today!
I’m working on creating my own tarot deck. I’ve made the major arcana today and did a quick reading, asking “what do I need to focus on in my weightloss journey” and honestly my cards fucking schooled me. They brought to light all my self doubts, hopes and what issues ive been having and gave me some insight into how I could fix it.

I won’t go into it too deep cause idk if anyone cares about my own shit, or even believes in tarot at all.
If anyone is interested though I can totally start talking about my witchcraft and how it relates to this diet and stuff? Idk though. I doubt anyone cares that much anyways.

I’m glad I didn’t gain at least. Even though it was a 1100 cal limit it still feels like too much so idk every time I eat close to that limit it feels like a binge

Y’all I’m so excited. My health food store just opened back up and I’m going to start working there again today! That means 4 days a week I work from 5pm to 9 pm... so I get to miss family dinner!!!! This is gonna be so good cause then lunch is the only meal I’ll eat with my family so they won’t be so suspicious if I skip dinner!! This just made the whole diet so much easier I’m so excited. Plus I’m getting paid now so that’s a hhuuuuugggge plus too.

Was really tempted to eat more after work but I resisted. I hope to restrict more tomorrow. Down to like 600 or 700 just cause I’m mad over been at the same weight for three days. I exercised today too so I hope that helps me drop

How am I still the same weight? Has this happened to anyone before? I know rn the HSGD is high restriction but like, I’m for sure eating under my TDEE

Has anyone else just stayed the same for this long?

I made roasted chickpeas with some sugar and a lot of spice. They’re so delicious so I had like 1/8 cup of them today for a snack. Yesterday I tried to make them but they completely burnt, so I tweaked the recipe and made them properly today.

I’m so mad I’ve been at the same weight for 4 days in a row. I’ve just been obsessing over it! Like, is my scale broken? Am I eating more than I think? Is someone sneaking calories into my food and I just don’t know? I’m so paranoid now and I don’t think that’ll go away until I finally drop a few pounds

I’m doing this as well!! I’m currently on day 4 of the HSGD, but i feel like doing this in “phases” is a really fun and efficient way to do it. good luck!

Gosh, I think you’re in a annoying plateau phase. It’s really frustrating but keep going and try to not overthink about it. The weight will drop soon You’re doing so great

Thank you! I do count fruits and veggies and I don’t subtract cals burned during exercise.
