I did so well today! I work from 5-8ish on Monday’s through to Friday’s so that’s 5 days I week when I can get away with not eating dinner with my family. Today though, at 4:30 when I was getting ready to leave, and when I would normally eat something to be kinda like my “dinner” I worked up the courage to tell my mom I wasn’t hungry yet. So she put the food in a container for me to take with me. I felt kinda guilty but I did throw the food out at work. It was bitter sweet cause now I know I lowered my intake by a large amount but also I wasted all that food. I was tempted by the snacks available at work though. I’m a little bit of a klepto so I really wanted to steal a protein bar, a cookie, or some chocolate but I didn’t!! And now I’m over 300 cals below the limit for today !!!! I’m gonna continue bringing my dinners to work to toss all this week hopefully, and then I’ll see a big drop in my weight.

Phase 1 weigh in

Good morning! It’s official I lost 6lbs total in phase 1. I’m not super impressed, that looooong plateau I endured was straight hell and I’m upset I didn’t lose more.
However I still have 2 more phases to go! I’m confident I’ll lose even more soon. I’ll start the skinny girl diet on Monday so until then I’m going to slowly lower my daily cals 100 at a time.

Here begins my slow descent to 400 daily cals over the next 4 days as I prep to start the original Skinny Girl Diet. I’m super excited to start a new phase it feels like not that long ago I was planning this whole thing out, and now I’m already a third done!

Sgd is pretty successful a few years ago I lost 12.5 lbs in 30 days didn't even count fruit and veg

Note to self: Focus I have to focus, it doesn't matter what weight I am today, nor does it matter the weight that I might have gained in the last 5 days. What matters is calories vs calories out. Stay within my limits and my body will do the rest for me.

I binged all weekend and feel like shit. So I gained to 137.2 which is not my official starting weight for phase 2. No fuck ups allowed. I need to get to my gw by the time I go back to school.
