HELLO EVERYONE.

SO, initially I planned to start this topic here on Saturday the day I'll be starting this diet. So that makes it 18th April.
A bit about me, I'm 18 years old, finished highschool, love art and quotes, and music as well as staring at the stars. I love isolation :) but a good company is always appreciated.
I've struggled with body image always and have struggled with on and off b/p restrict cycle for the past year and these three and half months and now want and NEED to stop. I feel like this abc diet can be my savior as long as I stick to it and play as the rules say. It's hard but if others can do it then I'm a scorpion.
I would be a diet queen in my world if I finish this diet, binge days are fine as long as they're only 3 during whole 50 days. So, without further ado, let's get started :D

So here is the diet


Rules -------
- no binging no purging
-if done, then fast the next day to compensate and continue the next day after that e,g , if day 3 is ruined, fast in 4, and continue on from 5.
- restrict as much as possible
- always leave 50 cals in intake due to inaccuracy issues
- workout 30 minutes a day and walk a lot
- sleep for only 8 hours
- stay busy
- stay in control, be wise.
- track all food intake here.

Goals -

Note - I am saving money for all of this and am not wasting it on anything. Yay.

When I hit 50 kg - I will start taking selfies again + I will start sketching again.

When I hit 45 kg - I will color my hair full platinum silver blonde.

When I hit 40 kg - I will get a manicure, eyebrows waxed and haircut ❤❤❤❤

If I ever go below that, I will first scream in joy and pure happiness, and I will buy myself a whole bunch of new clothes. Because the older ones won't fit.
Even if I don't get under 40 I will do this if I feel up to it.

ADDITIONAL RULES


- no net calorie business around here. I have to only eat the calories allowed for the day even if I burn more than that. E.g if I eat 500 and burn 300 I can't eat 300 more to meet my goal, I already met my goal. Can only meet calorie goal once.

- workout routine will be followed religiously.

- weigh in every morning to stay on TRACK otherwise I dose off and become un motivated.

- Write here everything and everyday, no hiding no cheating. Even if I cheat, I have to write it here. It's my diary.

- have to keep in mind that goals are more important than food.

- take a before pic tonight and post it at the end.

- keep up with weekly challenges and stay in focus.

- only eat foods that will be listed below. Nothing else.

Sooooooo the diet starts today and limit is 500 cals or lower.
I told my family just briefly that I'm on a diet starting today so they won't bother me much. And now I won't have to lie off to them, I bought lots of food today to keep me in limits of cals allowed. So I'm soooo excited.
If anyone wants to do this with me, I'll be more than happy to have you do this with :)

I'll update every night about the intake and how I felt throughout the day.

It's been a very soon short day lol

It was good I felt in control and I felt great

Here's the intake

Sw - 56.5 kg

Gw- 40 kg

Weigh in tomorrow morning

Intake for day one-

Breakfast skipped
Lunch skipped
Dinner -
Cheese croissant (208) it was so yummy warmed up
Coffee (35) with stevia and creamer

More coffee (35)

I'm taking total as 300 even though it's 278

:) can't wait to see how much I lose tomorrow :)

Second day starts today.

Feelings of DAY 1
Ngl, I was feeling EXTREMELY lathargic and weak because I dropped my intake very very low abruptly, but it wasn't that hard. I was binging everyday since January and it wasn't because I was hungry it was due to depression but the community here makes me feel motivated. I'm gonna plan today's meal and get working out in a while. Still feeling weak. Ugh.

My routine is effed up cause I sleep at 12 in the afternoon and wake up at 5 in the evening so its 2:35 now and I'll again sleep in the after noon but that's okay I only eat in the evening but today I'll have fruits in the day well I'll see.

Wow, our eating habits sound so similar. I gave this diet up in Jan and having been on a vicious binge/restrict cycle, I don't purge so it's been rough holding on to everything. I gained everything +8lbs back. I started today but I'm not thoroughly journaling food and weigh-ins like I did last time. I made it to 36 days (I think) and miscounted sushi rice and freaked out. I'm not fasting this time so I think it will be easier. I love than you add calories for workouts and the 50x cals for miscalculation. It seems like like you've got a great mindset.
Idk where I'm headed for this round but we'll see how I do. I was pretty open with my husband last time and he tried force feeding me which was a huge drama. This time I'm gonna only eat in front of him and others so that I don't attract attention. I feel much better about it too. Stay strong and good luck

Allowance - 500 or less cals

Breakfast - skipped

Lunch - diet coke

Dinner - Nestlé hot choco no fat no milk (20 cals)
American brownie cake (88 cals)
Peaches n cream oatmeal made with water (130)

Total - 238/500

Exercise -
I waked for an hour in the morning
Night biking, 200+ cals Burned

Never counting burned cals

I will only weigh myself weekly.
So my cw is unknown and sw was 56.5 kg

Wtf I actually fainted and went to sleep last evening lol I feel so weak it's ridiculous.

But I've never felt better mentally and I think that's most important. It's day 3 and allowance is 300 cals. 12 hours into my fast, its 7:23 am. Having a lollipop now so that's 45 cals, I'll add that in my intake but nothing going in my belly so not counting it as breaking my fast, still fasting.

I'll post my intake tonight and I'll only weigh myself after a week so that's SATURDAY can't wait WUT.
