one of my best friends in the world (who i sadly lost due to scaring them off after being admitted to a mental hospital) has a bmi of 12-something because she hardly eats anything other than a few meals like mac n cheese, pizza, baked goods.

my brother doesnt like eating anything with seeds, onions, most vegetables, odd colors, boring looking. he used to eat that stuff but stopped almost a year ago, and no matter what my family does he just doesnt eat.

really, i get triggered by the both of them ALOT, bc im def not a picky eater and seeing them refuse food sm makes me feel so godamn fat.

does anyone else have a lot of people around them with arfid? idk its just overwhelming for me..

Oh man, that must be so tough. I wonder if my ARFID ever triggers anyone. Any suggestions to be less triggering?
