Yes, my TDEE was over 2700.
So, I decided to make some low-cal brownies and MIND BLOWN. Only 36 calories a piece and less than 2 net carbs! For the recipe, go on IG and follow @lowcalrecipes98 There are lots of easy low-cal recipes that are actually voluminous! I will be trying several of those recipes tomorrow.
My grandma ate 4 pieces and begged me for the recipe. She has dementia and swears she only ate 2, lol, but I saw her just eat one after the other and dunked them in unsweetened almond milk. Thank goodness they're low calories. Even my mom was impressed and she's picky about quality. The only change I made to the recipe was that I used gluten (yesIknowdon'tjudge) instead of regular flour to keep the carbs low.
I made 4x the recipe so I could share with my family and have left-overs. I can't wait to have some tomorrow with protein fluff. Yum!
