Honestly, omega-3 supplements. 40 calories to swallow a pill.

BREAD. Like, once I figured out about 35 calorie bread, any other kind makes me SEETHE. 120 calories for one slice? No. Way. Even 70 per slice seems unreasonable now

Yo, what kind of breads out there have only 35 calories per slice?!

vaping, coffee, tea, sweetener, "0 cal drinks", gum are all pretty annoying

For fucks sake, I never even thought of calories in vaping. Down the rabbit hole I go.

Oil. It doesn't feel like it would be a lot since it's a liquid, right? The 100cals in a tbsp says otherwise and I can't find any other oils that are significantly lower in calories, it drives me insaneee. I like a little oil in my dishes to add flavor but it just seriously isn't worth the calories.

What oil is 100cals a tbsp? A dash of extra virgin olive oil is 81 calories

I was wondering the same! Every oil I've looked at it about 120 calories a tbs (olive, peanut, coconut, corn, canola, soybean, sesame). The closest I found is a tablespoon of butter is about 100.

Maybe I am miscalculatimg as I thought the 100 calories for a tablespoon was overcalculated

the 0-5 ones in sugar free gum, zero soda,

or in lemon juice; I’ve recently started drinking lemon juice with water again instead of the huge amount of Coke Zero I drink a day aaaand, it really bugs me. It’s close to nothing probably, but, eh, my brain doesn’t like it.

(and alcohol, I don’t drink a lot but I’m still bummed everytime I remember there are calories lmao)

Not really a calorie per say! But it is related to how I intake calories.
Measurements are the fucking worst Haagen Daz ice cream has 2/3rd of a cup as a serving size and that's (300cals.)

Bitch!? Who the fuck has a 2/3rd cup measuring spoon, I sure as hell don't!
So here we go back tracking from calories per pint 800. To try and ration it down from 2/3rd a cup into 1/2 cup instead. (240cals btw)

Which ordinarily isn't really a big deal for most people. But I have ASD and rather than loving numbers like the everyone expects people on the spectrum too. I absolutely hate anything dealing with math. I can't even count change.

So the fact I have to count my calories, and these assholes made it harder. By giving a idiotic measurement that's not commonly used. Sent my annoyance levels through the roof.

Peanut butter, chocolates (not the tablets. actual chocolate from chocolaterie), RICE, and Ive recently been addicted to bubble tea :( (and that's how I actually gained back couple of kgs. I did not realize how full of calories they were)

Chocolate from chocolaterie? that sounds interesting. what form does it come in if its not tablet form?
