That's the point

Why would anyone eat anything if it gave no energy and nutrients?

Oil. It doesn't feel like it would be a lot since it's a liquid, right? The 100cals in a tbsp says otherwise and I can't find any other oils that are significantly lower in calories, it drives me insaneee. I like a little oil in my dishes to add flavor but it just seriously isn't worth the calories.

I would eat everything if it didn't contain any calories or nutrients! It'd speed this process up and make life easier. That's just my tired mentality though.

This!!! My boyfriend asked me to make brownies with the mixture we had in the cupboard, the oil alone put them up to 800 calories and that wasn’t even counting the mixture or any of the other ingredients needed. Ended up getting a recipe no oil but still, I wanted a brownie

Millshakes have a lot of indrigents. That's how they fit all those calories in.
Milkshakes are pretty good through, it's sad. I can't drink them often because most of them go OVER my limit. There's only two around me that don't, and they both hit mt exact limit, so if I choose to drink that, that's all my food for the day.

You can make brownies out of the boxed mix without oil or egg. Substitute the oil and eggs for 1/2 a cup black beans (drained and rinsed). I haven't looked into the calories of that because brownies are a no go for me but....its an idea.

Gum drives me insane that there is a calorie count on it! Hello my chewing alone should negate any calories it has. It's not like I put the gum in my mouth and just let it sit there!

you probably already know this lol but greek yogurt has been a godsend for me when it comes to baking.... just replace any oil in a recipe with the same amount of greek yogurt.  works great and tastes yummy :)
