Hey everyone!

 

I've decided to do a 2 day cucumber mono to finally get me below 80kg. If this goes well then maybe I'll do it more often, but either way I'm expecting to lose at least some weight and I'm planning to do 2 days of this each week until summer.

 

Here are my stats:

 

sw: 80.8kg (~180lbs)

height: 160cm

Oh forgot to mention that I am completely addicted to coke zero so I'll drink several cups of it daily, hopefully it wont negatively impact the results. I've done monos before while drinking low cal soda so I think it should be fine  :)

 

I'm so bored during quarantine...I don't know if anyone will see this post but if you do then feel free to join me in this mono or talk to me about anything. 

 

I always weigh myself in the morning before drinking or eating anything so I'll be back to post the results tomorrow.

Day 1 results

 

weight: 80.2kg

 

lost: 0.6kg which is 1.3lbs

 

it's a little bit disappointing, I guess my expectations were too high but I'm trying to tell myself it's still good. I'll try to do another day of this but I'm not sure how well it will go since I have to cook dinner for my family and I'm also running out of cucumbers haha. But I wont give up! I like doing this and hopefully if today goes well and I stick with just cucumber then tomorrow morning i'll finally be under 80kg. 

 

It's such a disgusting and high weight but im determined to lose it, even if the progress is slow it's still progress.

what the heck, i just realized that i forgot to update the final results  :huh: 

 

so day 2 wasn't great, somehow cucumber tastes so gross after eating nothing else. i also got a headache which is weird because i haven't had any pain when doing a candy or chocolate mono, and with those two the results were also better. 

 

I lost only 0.3 kg, dropping down to 79.9 kg but then i gained it back after eating normally for one day so it was kinda useless. i've managed to get lose more now by doing regular restricting and with my first ever candy mono which i mentioned in my accountability thread for anyone interested.

I'm also doing a veggie mono tomorrow haha
I have soooooo many different kinds of vegetables, I think I'm gonna binge on them tomorrow just because I feel like I've been lacking in vitamins and minerals lately, especially since I've been purging alot :( 
I'm gonna do a carrot and a cucumber double mono. I might not loose since I'm planning on having 1 kg of each vegetable lol I cannot bear hunger, but I'll definitely stay under 800 calories.. so it's still a restriction. If I won't loose, it will probably just be food weight  
Today I'm doing an egg mono.. and I can ALREADY feel the results, my pants feel ALOT more loose  :wub:  :wub:  :wub:


height: 5'4.. 164 cm 

hw: 167 lb... 76 kg  

*lw: 103 lb ... 47 kg*

cw: 132 lb .. 60 kg 

gw1: 116lb.. 53 kg 

gw2: 110 lb.. 50 kg 

ugw: 108 lb.. 49 kg 

 

I don't believe in diets under 1000 calories  <_<  you either fast, or reach a 1000 calories - it's the magic spot 

 

I like to eat, but I also like the feeling of growling hunger

nice please tell me how the double mono goes, I'm very curious! I'm also planning to do the egg mono once my 1 month of eating vegan is done. Glad you're getting good results, how much weight have you lost doing it?  :)

Hey, girl. Our BMIs are close. I was thinking of trying monos too, the next week, before the Easter. Would you like to try a carrot mono with me tomorrow? It would be so great to share the burden with somebody else.

 

PS: I have no scale, but just for the sake of losing cms.

to me anything over 1 lb is great! and dont worry aboput coke zero, i used to drink it like crazy too and still lose while on monos. i drink all tons of shit while doing monos and maybe it does effect the results as in like maybe i coulda lost more (who knows) but i usually have decent results. i even eat gummy vitamins, and different kinds of hard candies and still will lose. but omg keep it up u got this!
