I usually only eat dinner, and if I'm hungry during the day, or my stomach hurts, I'll shake up about a tbsp or two of pure psyllium husk in a decent amount of water and then drink it. It's basically just insoluble fibre, and it'll fill my stomach up. You really do need to drink a bunch of water though or else it can cause bowl obstructions as it's a bulking agent. sometimes I'll add a tbsp of chia seeds to this too for the protein (like 49 cals).
Something else I do if I feel hungry-sick because my blood sugar is too low, I'll drink a teaspoon or two of unrefined apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. It balances your blood sugars, helps me not to feel sick and curbs my appetite.
