Eating paper was something I used to do a LOT, could get through a notebook in a few days, however it really blocked me up so I managed to chew and spit it. I've been doing this around 3 years now and I really want to quit. I have gone 1 day and I am craving it soo badly I can't stop thinking about it. Help me!

oh my god i do this too! i really like eating paper but does it make you lose weight quicker?

Try finding one drink/food you really enjoy the taste of and use that when you think of paper, if that helps you any.
