I started the 2468 diet about a week and a half ago but completely forget about logging it here. So I'm going to start logging it now (this was for yesterday, a 200 cal day)

Eaten:
Sugerless gum (5 cal)
Tortilla (52 cal)
2 Egg whites (34 cal)
Vitamins (28 cal)
Cooking spray (9 cal)
1 tbps Mozzarella (20 cal)
1tbps short grain brown rice (19 cal)
12 chocolate chips (28 cal)

Total-195

Day two







I'm not entirely sure about my starting weight as I don't have a scale but this is my weight from fitness testing at my school
sw = 123
cw = idk so I'm saying 122
gw =100 pounds
ugw=probably about 90-100 pounds

Hey everyone, this is my food intake for 4/22.

5 tbps brown short grain rice (94 cal)
4 servings canola cooling spray (36 cal)
Gum (5 cal)
Honey nut rice cake (80 cal)
Vitamin c chewable (10 cal)
2 tps chocolate chips (34 cal)
Total-399/400

I don't really know how many calories I burned- mostly cuz I don't pay attention. I probably should but yeah. And I really want to know how much I weigh atm, cuz it's really bothering me and I hate not knowing

Morning y'all- my service was down yesterday so I wasn't able to post my calorie intake but here it is for 4/23-

1/2 oz Monchego cheese-45 cal
1 honey nut rice cake-80
Fried rice-200 cal
Liquid aminos- 5 cal
Vitamins-30 cal
Like sparkling water-4 cal
1small choc. Chip cookie- 40 cal
1serving cake- 130 cal
Water-0 cal
Gum- 5 cal

Total-537/600

*We kinda had a family dinner party thing and I was kinda forced to eat in front of them (I kinda got hungry again unfortunately so that's the cookie)

Today was a total fail. I went over by 100 cals cause I'm dumb. This was my intake for today
Vitamin c chewable-10 cal
Cake 2 1/2 servings-436( yeah I failed because of cake for Fs sake)
Lettuce (1 1/2 cup)-10 cal
Fried rice (2 cups)-400 cals(I was planning this for dinner since yesterday)
Total-854

I have got to learn to stop eating so dam much. I'm gonna fast tomorrow to make up for it (if my family doesn't have a group dinner cuz then I'm fucked probably)

Gum 3 tablets-15 cal
Total-42
Also I ended up finishing at like, 9 pm. Jeez its so hard to fast being in quarantine with family around practically 24/7

Calorie intake for today
1/4 macnut- 9 cals
6 Mini popcorn cakes-36 cals
2 honey nut rice cakes- 160 cals
1/2 a can of tuna-90 cals
2 oz chicken- 38 cals
2 cups lettuce- 12 cal
1 tsp vinegar- 5 cal
Total-352/400


I've gotten used to the calorie change,and it's quite amazing how much you can find for 400 cals in a day. I stop eating about 8 pm.

3 honey nut rice cakes- 240(yuck I forget I had one for breakfast. Gross)
Fried egg white- 30 cals
1 slice pizza- 165 cal (god I need to learn to say no)
1/2 can tuna- 90 cals
Vitamins- 28 cal
Line sparkling water- 4 cals
1/2 tsp Mayo- 15 cal
1 serving chocolate-26 cals
Total- 598/600
...yikes. if I do binge I save it for the higher calorie days, one reason I love this diet. Ended eating at 8. It's annoying that I can't check my weight though. *No scale at my house* it's been bothering me. Anyway hope y'all are doing well and staying safe. Goodnight all.

It was only 16 cals over my limit so I'm not to worried. I was able to finish dinner by 6:30 so yeah. 400 calories tomorrow

I kinda wanted to get rid of the rice cakes cuz I got some more lower cal ones. Anyway I wasn't even that hungry till dinner. But I did eat during the day. I love (air popped) popcorn cuz it takes me a while to eat it all. Also sparking water is really filling, I think cuz of the carbonation. Anyway this was a good day. Tomorrow is 600 cals(yay).

Starbucks instant coffee- 80 cal(never doing that again)
Popcorn-15
4 cookies-164(they were 40 cal each)
1/2 can salmon-90
1/2 tsp vegenaise-15
1 macnut-38 cal
1/2 cup short grain brown rice-150
Total-552/800
I miss lettuce. Because of the quarantine we don't go out to get it much. My family is growing a lot but they still have a week or two to go before we can harvest it. And I don't know what is with me and salmon but I've been obsessed with it recently

I had two pieces of gum, but I chewed them both for an hour each so it cancelled the calories out. Anyway I hade a rice cake, two rice cake minis and half a can of salmon with 1/2 tsp Mayo mixed in today. Including vitamins that is a total of 195/200 calories today.

(I don't know if anyone actually reads these logs but if you do, do you like the list or this better?) Also I started going to bed by 8, and try to finish eating by 7, and hour to read and get off my electronics. Idk if anyone cares but I'd thought I would share anyway.

Okay so like- I found a new food that I'm in love with. It's literally just egg whites w/sheep cheese on a rice cake but it's sooo good anyway I like the list personally so I'm gonna continue doing that
