Dont worry or beat yourself up, you're still quite low even if you went over! You make me wanna try an egg mono! I love eggss and is having 2 right now :D

Hey again lovelies, I finally didn't go over today, and I also downloaded a pedometer that includes kcals burned. And sorry probably tmi- but I started my period today and it was so hard not to eat a ton of chocolate. I did make a small batch of chocolate covered pretzels which I enjoyed. Anyway here's my log for today-
Gum-(-5)
2 scrambled egg whites-34
2 oz sheep cheese-180
1 can tuna-160
1 rice cake-60
1/2 tsp vegenaise-15
1 tbps chocolate chips-51
10 Pretzel sticks-31
Vitamins-18
(I found this soup, I forget where I saw it though) this is the recipe-
1/2 cup carrots-27
1 tsp chicken base-15
1 cup water-0

I burned 125kcal today, idk if that's good or bad cuz I'm still sorta new to kcals and stuff. But yeah- hope everyone had a good day. Mine started off fine, but then turned shitty, and medium story short, I had a panic attack. So that was funnot. Anyway I'll end this here. Stay safe everyone

I burned 96kcal today. I wish I could have done more but cramps decided to be a bitch.

So today was not a good day for me whatsoever. Dysphoria decided to rear it's ugly head into my life, worse than usual. Anyway I ended up binging and I didn't log the calories at all. So I'm just going to fast tomorrow to make up for it. But yeah I hate making excuses but I really felt like shit today, I did end up burning 118kcals. Anyway, stay safe lovelies and have a nice day/night.

I finally got a scale two days ago and I now weigh 116 lbs. So I lost 7 lbs since I started this. I like the fact that I've slowly lost the weight, only because it looks less suspicious.

That was all I ate today- I have to go to my sister in law's birthday party tomorrow. I hate social situations like this but I'm literally being forced to go. I'm hoping I'll be able to get away with 200 cals
