My doctor prescribed me Norflex for RLS. It’s a skeletal muscle relaxant. One that’s not addictive or restricted too much. It’s science name is orphenadrine
I hope you get some relief. I know how awful it is. Not everyone understands but yeah it’s real. I don’t need meds now my writer blanket but the meds did sort of help ..
Stretching seems like nothing but it helps too. Exercise helps but too much exercise makes it worse.. fine line..

I’ve had RLS my whole life, seems to be genetic. Restriction DEFINITELY makes it worse, especially at night. The only thing that seems to help is those effervescent magnesium tablets.

Yes! I think it might be an from using too much drugs/medication and it gets a whole lot worse if i have stress or anxiety

take Natures Calm at night before bed, its like a little fizzy lemony drink. pregnancy gave me super bad RLS but this fixed it. it's magnesium

This is actually a sign of anemia, also having itchy legs. I found it rather surprising and i don't know if my legs are restless because of stimming or iron deficiency.
