Heyy!
So i want to start this diet which states you should start on monday so until then i'll just do 900 calories.

My adjusted rules :

*vegetables and fruits are not counted except when they're part of a meal
(ex. When i eat oatmeal with apple or like mashed potatoes yk things like that)

*only half of exercise calories can be used when the limit wasnt respected (idk how to word this lmaooo)

Stats:

Height: 160 cms
Sw: 51.5 kg
Starting bmi : 20.1

Gw: 47 kg
Goal bmi :18.4

The rest of the week i'll try to ease into the diet but i feel like i should be fine :)

Heya!
So just a quick post to say that i won't be rlly updating till' Monday cuz i technically havent started yet :)

Anyhow the first day was 1 HECK OF A FAILURE lmao i cant
(the whole day was ideal and then at 8 pm i was like 'lemme get some crisps heheee)
I purged tho so i still lost weight

The second day went wayy better than the first however i still ate like ~100 calories over my limit

I'm just gonna let myself slip up and not care about it too much until Monday because i'm scared that otherwise i'll get demotivated and give up soo yea

(( alsooo I've started the chloe ting 2 week shred challenge lmao so hopefully that'll go good aswell! ))
