Hello guys,


i want to start the HSGD on monday (05/04/2020) because i want to be lean and skinny again and i binged (and sometimes purged) the last month and gained about 8-10kgs (17-22 lbs!!!). I know most of it is water and food weight but i'm feeling really uncomforable and want to lose at least 2-4 kgs (4-9 lbs).


Here are my stats:


Height: 158 cm/ 5'2

HW: 68kg

LW: 40 kg

SW: about 51kg

GW 1: 50 kg

GW 2: 48 kg

GW 3: 46 kg

UGW: 45 kg


Weigh ins: Wednesday and Sunday


I'm vegan, so it's easier to eat healthy and low calorie foods. I'm combining this diet with this diet and also trying intermediate fasting (eating from 12 pm - 8 pm)


My workout plan:


Monday - cardio workout

Tuesday - body toning

Wednesday - cardio workout

Thursday - yoga

Friday - body toning

Saturday - cardio workout

Sunday - yoga or stretching


Burned calories can be substituted.
