I just finished the ABC diet two weeks ago and now, since I need to lose more weight, I want to try the 2468 diet.

I think I will do it for 7 weeks, so precisely 43 days.

Start Date : May 4, 2020
End Date : June 15, 2020

Starting Weight : 68,9 kg -> BMI 25,6

I really hope to lose at least 10 kg, don’t know if it’s possible after the ABC where I lost 14 kg

Well, we will see.. wish me luck

DAY 1

 

Calories Consumed : 200 / 200

Breakfast : none

Lunch : Simmenthal Canned Beef & Tiny Mozzarellas - 136 kcal

Snack : none

Dinner : Bull’s Eye Egg - 64 kcal

Exercise : 703 kcal burned


And the first day is gone
I missed doing an accountability, writing stuff about my daily food intake and thoughts, it’s like a diary.
I hope to see a nice weight loss at the end of this journey too, really want to be skinny for summer

DAY 2

Calories Consumed : 395 / 400

Breakfast : none

Lunch : Piadina with Turkey Würstel - 304 kcal

Snack : none

Dinner : Strawberries - 91 kcal

Exercise : 281 kcal burned


Now in Italy is possible to visit your family, so Thursday I will go to my parents house and I will stay there until Monday.
It will be very difficult to remain strictly to the diet, but I will do my best.
I already told them that I’m trying to lose weight. So, hopefully, they won’t be to much suspicious (?)

Thank you, I have missed them. Especially my sister If the people will follow the rules, there will be less contagious. I’m not pretty sure and confident about it, but I really hope in this Phase Two

Sigh, too many carbohydrates.

Snack : none

Dinner : Chicken Breast & Broccoli - 254 kcal

Exercise : 215 kcal burned


So yesterday I finished the Chloe Ting’s Hourglass Challenge I’m so happy and ready to start another program of her.
Wanna achieve a fit body

It’s wonderful to be with my family, missed them so much.

Love to be in the countryside again
So much nature and good air.
I walked with my sister and frenchie, such a good time. Idk why, but my parents aren’t complaining about my food intake o.o

Game night with my family, I missed all the friendly fight. We are so competitive
Anyway, it’s very difficult to not fall into temptation.. they ate ice cream, pasta and all the yummy foods that I’m craving for.

Snack : Dark Chocolate Digestive Cookie - 83 kcal

Dinner : Two Eggs & Turkey - 280 kcal

Exercise : 378 kcal burned


I did a very long walk with my sister in the afternoon, the sun was so hot that I burned my self on the cheek. I look like a red pepper
Anyway, back to my apartment with my boyfriend *^*
Hope to have lost weight, wish me luck

END WEEK 1

SW : 68,9 kg

WW1 : 66,4 kg ( - 2,5kg )

BMI 25,1 >> 24,7


I’m happy
I know that the starting weight wasn’t accurate, since my belly was bloated and I had my period. Probably it’s all liquid loss, however I’m glad of the number on the scale. I want so bad to go under the 64 kg, it means a lot. The last time I weighed that it was 5 years ago ( shame on me ).

I should have done this diet before, like the ABC, but I was so depressed that the only thing that could spring joy was food.

Now I’m still fighting depression and social anxiety, but I’m doing something for myself. And I’m not going to stop until I will reach my ultimate goal weight : 54 kg

Dinner : Two Mini Burgers & Bread - 297 kcal

Exercise : 506 kcal burned

OMG, my poor muscles >.<
I started the new Chloe Ting’s Workout : 2020 Summer Shred Challenge.
It is so hard, HIIT exercise!
But it’s perfect for a weight loss
