Lunch : Bowl of Cereals - 114 kcal

Snack : none

Dinner : Strawberries - 56 kcal

Exercise : 407 kcal burned

Here I am again, writing this accountability even if there are so few active people on the 2468 topic
I was very hungry today, after the workout. But I’m doing my best to stay under the kcal limit. The desire of losing weight is much stronger than the hunger.

Dinner : Two Eggs & Turkey Würstel - 208 kcal

Somehow I woke up happy : a pair of short jeans now fit me! Then, don’t know why, I became sad. Didn’t like my image in the mirror, even if I was wearing some clothes from 2017 >.<

Why can’t I be proud of my progress?
I still hate my body.

I’m in a hateful plateau from Monday. My weight increased a little a then stopped, idk whyyy. It’s so frustrating. Maybe it’s fault of the hard workouts that I do every day (?)
I noticed that when I not do gym, I lose more.
But I don’t want to stop it, cause I’m seeing nice progress on my body look.
Maybe it’s the diet that is not right for me?

It’s so depressing. I’m trying my best

Yep, the plateau is killing me >.<
Well this week I will not lose anything, just 7 days of diet wasted.

Maybe? I really don’t know at this point
This morning I lost the extra 400 grams, so I’m back at the weight of last Monday. Anyway, it’s like I wasted 7 days ahah

END WEEK 2

SW : 68,9 kg

WW1 : 66,4 kg ( - 2,5kg )

WW2 : 66,4 kg ( - 0 kg )

BMI 25,1 >> 24,7

Well, at least it’s the same weight. Not happy at all, but I lost the extra grams this night somehow. And maybe the plateau is finished now? If not, I’ll go crazy
Never happened to me to not lose anything in a week, I really hate it because it’s like wasting 7 days of diet.

Now I’m at my boyfriend vacation home, beautiful place by the sea. Unfortunately, here the scale is broken. Positive thing, I will not stress about it :P

I would like to know if the plateau is over.
Next Monday I hope to see some grams or a kg less on the scale. If not, I think I will try a different diet. Maybe this type isn’t good for me

Feeling bloated and horrible period pain.
I exercise as usual and also walked a lot, so I burned a big amount of calories today.
I only wrote here the kcal number from the workouts, that has been intense o:

SUSPENDED

This diet isn’t working for me. I gain weight.
I will increment the kcal this week to activate the metabolism and next Monday I will restart the ABC.
