I can't find my old accountability thread, maybe it's deleted or something and I'm relapsing again so I needed to make a new one
Here I'll post every week with results and sometimes I'll vent about stuff because I have no one to talk to about this lmao

sw: 60kg (132 lbs)
gw: 50kg (110 lbs)
ugw: 45kg (99 lbs)
height: 170 cm (5'7")

I'm planning on 800-1000 cal restriction and 18/6 IF until I reach my ugw but I'll be "okay" at 50kg
I'll update my calorie intake, fast and weight every week

I failed again so fucking hard and I feel like I'm back to square one, this is a nightmare
It's best to keep it simple so here we go again:

sw: 66.5kg (146.6 lb) (weighed at 1am after full day of eating thrash so I'll update tomorrow morning, and also the day after, because I plan on fasting at least 24h)
gw: 50kg (110 lb)
ugw: 45kg (99 lb)
height: this is a hard one, I think I slouch a lot so it's like I've gotten shorter over time, last few times I checked it was at 165, but generally I've been at 170cm for years now, so I'll take 167.5cm as an estimate (5'6")

PLAN:
800-1000 kcal/day
minimum of 18h fast every day
2-4l of water every day

I will start on monday (lol) and then I'll update every week

update: this morning my weight went down to 65.3kg, I'm okay with that. I think.
edit: I also weighed my cats and tbh I'm kindaaaa jealous I mean how is 2.5kg not a goal weight
edit: it's actually 65kg! still 5kg more than I initially thought but oh well

week 2 update: haven't tracked my calories or fasting, but I'm down to 64kg (even tho I went on (kind of) a vacation and ate like a pig)
also I got my period so it may be even less 🤞

Time for an update because relapse is going strong 🙃🙃🙃🙃
cw is 58.8kg
I'm not on a specific diet/restriction plan or anything, it's just that ✨life is awful✨
edit: I only plan to not eat/eat as little as possible until I get to 56.5kg hopefully until 18th of december, so it's a round number (10kg less in 5 months)

I'm experiencing the WORST plateau ever
CW is 57.5kg, I lost only 1.3kg in the last month and I'm eating as little as I humanly can, never in my life have I ate like this (low cal and also healthy - meat, veggies, eggs, a sandwich and sweets here and there but VERY rarely)
I'm frustrated af but also never in my life so determined to lose more
Life sucks might as well die fucking pretty
