I’m just wondering if and when you drink it. I know you’re supposed to drink it before food but it always makes me feel so sick and nauseas 🤢 do you find it really that worth it?

thats the point. it suppresses your appetite by upsetting your stomach so you eat less.

If I add a pinch of baking soda it makes it taste better and less painful. Always dilute it.

You can add honey/mio drops too to make it taste better but the baking soda is a must for me

I do two tbsp diluted with about 1/2c of water, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It seems to help my appetite, as I do not eat until around 2pm. I think it is worth it bc it seems to help regulate my digestion.

Guys make sure you dilute it!! It doesn't really help with weight loss necessarily. It helps with digestion and bloating. Make sure you buy the apple cider vinegar that says "with the mother", that is the kind with the probiotic bacteria that helps your stomach function better and can maybe promote weight loss? But apple cider vinegar on its own doesn't necessarily do anything.

Drinking ACV on its own without diluting or without diluting it enough can seriously mess up your esophagus and stomach and give you ulcers.

I do take that. 2 tablespoons in 8 oz of water. It makes my food digest better.
