this thread will be used as an accountability while i do this diet and try my best to reach one of my gws.
here are the time frames in which I will be doing the diet,
will go one week on, and then two days off,
one week on,two days off and so on.
09.05.2020- 15.09.2020
19.05.2020-26.05.2020
29.05.2020-4.06.2020
Hoping by this date to have reached my first goal weight of 57-55kgs
7.06.2020-13.06.2020
16.06.2020-22.06.2020
25.06.2020-31.06.2020
And by this time, I will have reached a solid 50-53,
things I am allowing:
eggs obviously
toast: brown, white, anything,
must not have more than 100 cal per serving.
diet coke, and any 0 cal drinks.
salt, peper, any condiments
fruit (limited, to one serving a day,
only incase dizzy after working out)
cucumbers, tomatoes, are okay.
meal plan will look something like this:
8am: two boiled eggs and one toast (270)
11am: snack/diet coke/fruit (max 50)
2:00pm
lunch: two eggs, scrambled no oil, one toast (270)
dinner- two boiled eggs/ scrambled or 1 egg and one toast.
calorie content is similar so i'm okay with doing a variation (140-170)
adding up: with the low cal, no snack= 680/day
with the higher cals, and snack= 760
Exercise
I will be doing one hour of cardio every day (burning 200 cals)
and will be doing 30 mins of chloe tings workouts (burning 150~)
Tdee calculations
my BMR is at 1400, so TDEE is 1750, rounding up 1800.
I need to lose 1kg per week so a 1000 calorie deficit everyday,
meaning I cannot have more than 800 a day.
By my mathematical logics
week 1: on the 16th in the morning gonna have to be at 59 kgs
week 2: on the 27th- going to be 58
week 3: 5th of june 57kgs
and so on...
