New vegan here! 

 

So far I have been taking Calcium, B12, and a Hair/Skin/Nails vitamin. For experienced vegans, are there any other major gaps in nutrition I should be aware of? I have ARFID and am very Ortho as well. I high restrict and pretty much exclusively eat healthy/nutrient dense foods, so unless it's a specific deficiency from eating a vegan diet I am hopefully/most likely meeting the requirement. 

 

Any help/suggestions are welcome! :)

Not necessarily vitamins but make sure you're keeping an eye on omegas, bcaas, and minerals. The other thing is making sure what you're eating is optimised for absorption. Calcium won't be absorbed without D, some foods even though they are nutrient dense won't all be absorbed because they're competing for receptors.
