New vegan here!
So far I have been taking Calcium, B12, and a Hair/Skin/Nails vitamin. For experienced vegans, are there any other major gaps in nutrition I should be aware of? I have ARFID and am very Ortho as well. I high restrict and pretty much exclusively eat healthy/nutrient dense foods, so unless it's a specific deficiency from eating a vegan diet I am hopefully/most likely meeting the requirement.
Any help/suggestions are welcome!
