I cant sleep so i might as well post.

Almost every part of my body is in pain. I have had hurting joints and muscles for a while, got it checked two years ago without results. Back then it was bad, then it was ok for a while but in the last weeks it got worse and worse.

Not every part of me is always hurting, the location shifts. But now im in bed with no distraction i can feel every joint is in pain. It feels like some joints are about to just dislocate.

My neck and hip muscles hurt a lot, slight pain around my upper back muscles. My calves are cramping

My wrists click with every movement. My spine clicks too. My left heel is swollen and hurt when i walk.

I also retain water in my legs, they are so swollen. My limbs get numb a lot too. Im very tired and sleep a lot

I watch my micronutrition and protein, i high restrict with 42h fasts every few days. I drink 4-6l a day. I work out but not exessivly. (Run about 20km a week, walk about 15k steps a day, do 30-90min yoga every other day). When i workout the pain is more bareable.

I took two ibuprofen and hope i can sleep soon when they kick in

Any idea what the fuck is wrong with me?

How is your calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K2 and dietary fat intake?

Do you consume caffeine?

What are your sources for calcium and d ?

Caffeine is quite toxic for bone health

Are you female? If yes, do you still have your period?

Have you been bitten by any ticks? Gone in any woodland environments in the past 2 weeks?

It sounds vaguely like lyme but I'm no doctor.

Depends on how much you eat and excrete fluids

Not at all if you eat according to your fluid intake

It could very well be a food intolerance that you are not even aware of. Wheat and Dairy are common sources of inflammatory pain and swelling. I recently found out I may have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome...you should read up on that...and see if more of your symptoms align...its supposed to be rare, but I think it mainly just underdiagnosed. At any rate, what you describe sounds all too familiar.
