I read older posts a out this and decided to give it a go

I got the 2 mg ones and started with fourth piece and increased it to 3 fourth and back to half with some days off

I noticed appetite suppression and increase in focus but i got a big box 75 peices x2 and only had 7 in 2 weeks so it will last me a long time and it was 53 australian dollars i think its a steal

I dont know if it helped me lose more weight because i read somwhere it helps burn fat but it helped me fast ans stay productive (not tons but a decent amound)
And i think it might have lifted my mood

Have anyone tried it?

Would a non-smoker potentially become addicted to nicotine if they did this?

Asking for a friend...

Im not a smoker and i read about non smokers who use it
I just started very slow with half mg and built it up to 2 mg and i think im good

How ever i try to not take it if im not fasting or feel like i dont need it because i read it can be addictive and i think im not going to buy another box again

Fingers cross it helps me through this untill i get to my ugw haha

I just bought some hoping it would work for me. The first time I didn’t really feel anything so I’ll see if there’s any difference during the week.

I have a spray and honestly makes me want to throw up. like it makes my throat close up and it made me actually vomit once so idk.. but I used to have it instead of food and maybe it worked idk?

I tried this before and it did seem to suppress my appetite but it made me feel super dizzy. Like I would literally black out and feel super nauseous if I stood up.

Works for me. I bought 2mg gum. I have one normally mid morning, afternoon and sometimes evening. Definitely suppressed my appetite. Box of 96 was only £10 so well worth it.

I tried this and while it did suppress my appetite, it also made my hair start coming out in clumps. I researched it and sure enough, nicotine gum causes hair loss in those who aren't used to nicotine (I'm not a smoker, I just did it for the appetite suppressant). The trade off wasn't worth it to me. I stopped chewing it and my hair stopped falling out after a week.

honestly my go to - i quit smoking and tried the patches but 3mg x 3 gum a day really helps my mood and focus (appetite is the same as when i use normal gum) but the other benefits are great while fasting <3
