I'm back I guess just want to keep accountable. Mom left my apartment so I can actually stop eating all her cooking

Bp this morning. I'm off to a good start

Had 2 fig Newtons which is 200 cals so far

Had some of the peaches from work last night, it had the cool whip that was 6 slices of it and I've gathered they put about 2 tbsp of the whipped cream 200

So a total of 450 calories I'd added some because of the bp. I know I got most, if not all of it out.

Weighed 187.4 which is a pound weight loss. I didn't really remember the exact weight I was yesterday so I just rounded it up to 189.
I've also thought that tracking my fat% is a good idea. I have one of those fat caliper I bought for cheap. I'm just going to say get a good one . So fat% is at 33.5 which is overfat as the chart said.

Now I'm just thinking what to eat today, so I haven't eaten anything yet. Choosing between yogurt with some granola or toast with butter and jam with a boiled egg and a dash of soy sauce and seasoning

Breakfast was, is strawberry oatmeal 2 packets with 2 tbsp of flaxseed 290

Lunch was 2 toast with 14g of butter and 1tbsp raspberry jam 365

Dinner I had 2 toast with 1tbsp of peanut butter topped off with a banana (188g)
Also had a string cheese from WinCo 557

Don't think I'll be eating anything else later on today so I'll add up my total which is around 1212 cal, which is fine because I was craving a blizzard and my bf told me not to get one as he knows I'm trying to lose weight. I will hopefully try working out. I heard of Chloe Ting and might try her workout.

I don't lift weights. Well I work with elderly and I have to lift and roll them so can't really be sedentary. And what's the yolo diet?

YOLO diet is a concept many on this site seem to follow, ridiculously low calorie intake and not caring about food timing, food choices nor macros

Oh it's titled that way because I've gained like 60lbs since my lowest weight

Since I like to compare what I look like to what I will look like here's a before picture

Guys!!! This shorts used to fit me, now I can't even move properly in them

Never did the other workouts last night I was having such a hard time just keeping up and was getting out of breathe but finished the first one. But I'm down to 184.2lbs idk how that happened but I'm happy anyway. Really wanted to binge yesterday I was constantly hungry and was looking for food hence why I had a higher intake.

Breakfast was skipped? Ish ate at 2 had yogurt and a banana (157g) so it's technically lunch so that was 340 cal

Had a snack the smart food white cheddar popcorn (28g) 160 cal

So took a nap yesterday, like I always do on my days off, then bam was hit with a sense of craving. Got high as well and ate all the popcorn then half of my Cheetos jalapenos also had 2 slices of toast again but with peanut butter some mixed veggies I quickly heated up in the microwave some rum mixed in cranberry juice. So calories from that binge was around 2700+ and I feel like shit bloated and all. Weighed myself and was back to 188lbs and I honestly do not know what to eat if I don't eat I'll binge

So I used to plan out my meals and I haven't done it successfully or anything but that might help with the general idea of what I could eat and make. I just extremely lazy with cooking food sometimes and I couldn't be arsed to go to the store to get groceries and it's not even that far! But I have work today no motivation to do anything hopefully I won't eat anything there because I don't know the calories.
Also have to drink more water again I feel like that plays a big role in my hunger

Well I was off to a good start today especially with the binge I had the night before... Then it slowly went down hill (again but not as bad). Had 2 scrambled eggs with lots of seasoning, god forbid I ever forget to season anything. With some mixed veggies from WinCo 325 cal (had butter on the veggies and used some oil to fry the eggs)
Then... I had Cheetos I know shame on me and idek how much calories I ate probably around 500

For lunch I wasn't going to eat anything until I got to work ate some ravioli and meatballs those are like my 2 fave things they make and couldn't help myself. But! I, never thought I'd be one of those people but, purged it all if not most at the employee bathroom. And I'm just going to say that I got 100 cal left from that.

And here I am currently typing this out with some jello I made from last night in my bed with me. That's 80 cals per serving but I'll round it to 100

That's 1025 calories definitely way more I think.

I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow I think

Weighed 186lbs
Can I just restart this whole thing I feel like a failure. Today was a shit show to say the least. If I was to estimate how much calories I had it would be around 2200+

Had scrambled eggs and mixed veggies for breakfast then some more Cheetos and jello

I was at work so we had cheese quesadilla and drank half a pint of milk.

Most of my calories was from those freaking Cheetos and jello tbh. Never went to the shop couldn't be arsed. I'll be better, I'll do better tomorrow.

I'm trying to get the binge out of me so haven't posted in awhile. I'll post again once I get my shit together, which hopefully is soon. But little history about me, I probably suffered from bed at a young age and probably developed bdd from the constant name calling and comments from my own family. Then bam here I am. Never been diagnosed but I had a "phase" of heavy restricting and occasional purging when I first started here. Tried stopping my abnormal eating habits, which only lasted 2 years (well I had times were I purged) but I'm back to having my obsessive thoughts of me being fat which I clearly am.
