There's a Global Pandemic, I'm all alone, food is hard to acquire & I never wanted to need sustenance anyway.

I'm a rebel as usual so I started this diet at a completely random time 😅

Oh and I have been drinking waaaayyy less since lockdown started + even when I wasn't on a diet, just eating less I suppose (because food is hard to get). So I've inadvertently lost the weight I must have gained during my December-April breakdown.

SW: 48.1 kg/106 lbs; BMI: 16.8

This was Friday and I had such a long day (+ a horrible week), like, I finished work at 9 when I normally finish at 5-6. It was really tiring, but I felt productive and being under the limit definitely made me feel good!

Yet another super long day. I was a little productive as well, considering the fact that I was really woozy most of the day but didn't give in, & only had diet coke (I don't log diet drinks anymore, it used to take me ages to remember how many I've had & type it all up and the calories were negligible imo).

I took a shower which takes a lot of spoons and then I carried my very heavy shopping up the stairs still feeling woozy AND I decontaminated most of it.

Today I made food from scratch again. I've not had the spoons to do this in a long time (I used to cook every day once upon a time). It was a fairly low cal vegetarian chili. I did have quite a bit, hence the number I logged. Gave the rest to my partner.

This weird thing happened yesterday; girlfriend tried to offer me the sports equipment she isn't using, which I mentioned in a sad comment on here not long ago. Paranoid that she's found me. (Which would suck because a)privacy and b)she shouldn't be on here, like this is not a good place to be*.)

*It's a good place for me. My quality of life was infinitely better than it usually is, last time I relapsed. Being a slave to food and to my emotions is damaging.

Okay I am really tired but I can say that yesterday was pretty horrible. I broke my amulet and it wa heartbreaking. Loads of alcohol. Made pasta for a couple days and cookies. Cookies has so much sugar and fat I wanted to cry. I only had one. Meh.

The good news is I gave most of those cookies to my girlfriend. I hope they were edible. I still have a couple but I am trying not to eat them in one go!

Had to go to the doctors & they gave me antibiotics for my chronic wound. They're 4 times a day which is a bit difficult to stick to but I'm doing it. The extra bit of good news is that you have to have them on an empty stomach, so that should dissuade me from giving in to cravings (it already has!).

Also, my girlfriend gave me a gift, basically a new amulet. I love her so much 🥺

I was scared I hadn't lost any weight but I have. Obviously could have been better but I'll take it. Updated my GW because very clearly I wouldn't be able to reach 46 in two weeks!
