If you've done calorie cycling, have you noticed a better weight loss?

Yes! I've restricted to a low 500 - 600 cals to binging around 2200+ cals then I'd still lose around 1lb of weight and I'd only do the binges on the weekends because I tend to be at home at the time and didn't do much aside from sleep all day. I think it got my metabolism to be on it's toes wondering whether I'm going to starve myself or not.

Also switching from doing keto to high carb diet so your body doesn't get used to being in ketosis is what I've heard from that vshred guy anyways
