We all love our coke zero, sweeteners etc. I am trying to do my research on whether they increase your appetite. Has anyone found any reliable information about this?

Ps. if you know a sweetener that suppresses appetite, so share!

Sorry, I was looking through the wrong one but there are links to different articles in the text

Check this: https://www.healthli...d-sugar-insulin

It tells you the sweeteners that rise insulin levels which increases your appetite.

I personally don't like any artificial sweetener besides Splenda, and I think we all know how bad aspartame is for you. So it took a bit to find a while back, if y'all want I could probably site it, but even though sucralose has been proven not carcinogenic, it has been found to fuck up your gut microbes hardcore. I personally hate having to deal with that and IBS symptoms so I'm trying really hard not to consume artificial sweeteners anymore (esp. since they can throw insulin levels for a loop), but the upset stomach did kill my appetite  ;) Idk about the rest of sugar substitutes. I would recommend using them in moderation, if possible, if you care about how your body may process actual carbs in the future.
