I always took the Equate knock off of One A Day Mens (it has better numbers than the Women's especially for ED), with potassium and magnesium supplements, and an occasional calcium chew. Just make sure you take them with about 11g of fat for the fat soluble vitamins. I'm sure if you wanted I could site the study that shows how 11g is optimal, but most importantly, you just need to have some fat with it to actually absorb the vitamins.
