Hi everyone! I wanted to share my results for the past 2 weeks, I was really motivated to restrict during quarantine and hope to continue this for another month or so.

I ate <500 calories during this timeframe, and tried to make at least one "meal" a liquid, like a smoothie or soup. I had a <100 calorie liquid fast for 72 hrs in the middle. During the second week I didn't really stick with the liquid portion as much, so I really want to continue that moving on.

Height: 5'5"/165
SW: 139.2 lbs/63.3 kg
CW: 130.2 lbs/ 59.2 kg!

I lost 8.8 lbs from May 11-May 27, I exercised by running every other day (~250 cals worth) and just stretched on my off days. Otherwise, I only moved to make food in my apartment and sat on the couch.

I logged some small changes that happened during this:
May 11: 139.2 lbs
May 18: high intake day (~2000)
May 19-21: <100 cal liquid fast
May 23-24: ate way too much almond butter
May 25: 130.2 lbs

On my high intake day I had 10 sweet and spicy Korean chicken tenders, a large zaxby's fries, a fuckton of ranch, a Publix slice of carrot cake, and a DQ cookie dough blizzard. After that day I did my liquid fast for 72 hrs.

It's not much of a difference from the front in the before (black bra) and after (pink bra) but from the side I think I see more? I wish my arm wasn't covering my side in the before.

I didn't weigh myself during this except the start and finish, I was so terrified that there'd be a .2 lb change or some bs. I had to struggle to get myself on the scale this morning, but I said 2 weeks so with the fast included it's been 17 days. I'll take an 8 lb loss in that time!

Nope, I usually tried to eat after 1 pm, and no later than 8 pm. Besides a set "dinner" so it looked like I was eating w my family, I just munched throughout my window. I meant to put these on the description:

average day examples:
fruit&spinach smoothie (100)
coffee w soy milk (80)
roasted buffalo cauliflower (50)
vegetable soup (140)
sugar free fudgsicle (40)
total: 410

coffee w soy milk (80)
fruit&spinach smoothie (100)
baby carrots (50)
laughing cow cheese wedge (30)
cabbage, spinach, & kimchi salad (70)
sugar free jello (30)
total: 360

Thanks! I workout in the mornings when I wake up and don't eat anything until about 2 usually. I have coffee with some soy milk in the mornings but that's also after I'm done working out

i'm so jealous we're the same weight but you have an awesome thigh gap now. i have to be like 50 kg to get a thigh gap. why did god curse me with these kim kardashian thighs.

Thank youuu and I totally get that, my thighs are like she hulk it kills me. I might have a tiny gap rn but it'll take another 15 lbs before it'll budge anymore

UPDATE: -7.8 lbs in another month

SW: 130.2 (May 28)
CW: 122.4 (June 25)
Hit my first GW hell yeah, <120 by July 4 is actually looking possible.

Wassup guys, I though I should share a bit more progress with everyone! I did pretty much the same thing as before <500 cals a day, with emphasis on vegetables, fruit, and occasional fish/shrimp for protein. I walked or ran at least every other day for ~250 calories worth of exercise, and tbh I was really shitty about doing abs lol, I basically stopped completely.

I will say that my BMs have been super infrequent, I had one 2 days ago and it was soooo relieving bc I knew I was gonna weigh myself this morning, and so I liquid fasted yesterday just to keep food weight off.

I typically ate during a 12-8 time window, and having a Gatorade zero a day saved my sanity. I also had 2 full ass cheat days of at least 4k each, and one meal with the fam besides that from Chick-fil-A, so probs 1.3k calories.
