Hi everyone! I wanted to share my results for the past 2 weeks, I was really motivated to restrict during quarantine and hope to continue this for another month or so.
I ate <500 calories during this timeframe, and tried to make at least one "meal" a liquid, like a smoothie or soup. I had a <100 calorie liquid fast for 72 hrs in the middle. During the second week I didn't really stick with the liquid portion as much, so I really want to continue that moving on.
Height: 5'5"/165
SW: 139.2 lbs/63.3 kg
CW: 130.2 lbs/ 59.2 kg!
I lost 8.8 lbs from May 11-May 27, I exercised by running every other day (~250 cals worth) and just stretched on my off days. Otherwise, I only moved to make food in my apartment and sat on the couch.
I logged some small changes that happened during this:
May 11: 139.2 lbs
May 18: high intake day (~2000)
May 19-21: <100 cal liquid fast
May 23-24: ate way too much almond butter
May 25: 130.2 lbs
On my high intake day I had 10 sweet and spicy Korean chicken tenders, a large zaxby's fries, a fuckton of ranch, a Publix slice of carrot cake, and a DQ cookie dough blizzard. After that day I did my liquid fast for 72 hrs.
It's not much of a difference from the front in the before (black bra) and after (pink bra) but from the side I think I see more? I wish my arm wasn't covering my side in the before.
I didn't weigh myself during this except the start and finish, I was so terrified that there'd be a .2 lb change or some bs. I had to struggle to get myself on the scale this morning, but I said 2 weeks so with the fast included it's been 17 days. I'll take an 8 lb loss in that time!
I'm finally below 60 kg, next up is 55 kg!
