Began the HSGD today, I’m pretty excited about it because it seems pretty achievable to me. I have a bad habit of setting unrealistic targets for myself and then just end up binging.
CW- 157 at 5’9
Goal- to get to 150 by end of the 21 days.

Day 1
Went on a 6km walk but had a small ice cream from the ice cream van on the way, walk was about 300 ish burnt and ice cream about 250 so I’ll just say they cancel eachother out to be safe.
Rice -350
Tiny amount of curry -180
Lotus biscuit -37
Bite of a wrap - 40
Frozen raspberries and 0% yoghurt- 60
Total- 667/900
Height 5'8 / 5'9
HW - 189
CW- 132
GW - 126
UGW- 99
