i’m starting the skinny girl diet today but i am changing the rules slightly. i’ve done ABC before and love it but through this was a good idea as it’s 30 days and starts on a monday, just like june.

it says not to count fruit and veg, but instead i’m allowing the calorie limit + 100 for fruit and veg (not including potatoes as these are too calorific) 467a473669424fded0be07a8e2430269.jpg
hopefully will loose 2-4 pounds a week? depends on several things really. anyway this is an accountability thread that i’ll update everyday

day one: 400 cals

705/400 eaten

today i ended up eating 705 calories, 125 of which were fruit and veg. it was almost like a mini binge. i didn’t weigh myself but i’ll put my SW as my most recent weight from two days ago

SW: 107.2lbs
wanting to be under 100 by the end of the month

i cycles and burnt 200 calories today
