Hey so as the title says, I'm trying to reach 40 kg from 45 kg this month through 2468 diet. Other than those stats I'm female, eat vegan (mostly protein powder and veggies) and do a lot of bodyweight training. I'm open to discord, WhatsApp or IG, please pm me if you want to do this together!

Anyways I will turn this into an accountability forum, still open to a buddy at anytime!!

I've actually been following it for a couple days so today is an 800 day :)))

Morning:
prune juice with coffee (don't ask lol): 180 cal
1/3 cup papaya: 20 cal

Noon:
3 cups papaya: 150 cal
More coffee
Nibbled on a bit of chocolate so counting that as 50 cal

Night:
Protein pudding: 220 cal
Tabbouleh 1 cup: 100 eyeballing it? Idk to be honest
Some okra curry: hoping it's 80 cal

Total 800 cal and I worked out today :)

Tomorrow's my first 200 cal day, I'm nervous but hoping to get through it without too much suspicion from my family. Will try to update!

I'm the same height. I honestly don't have a set goal weight and I'm currently 41.4kg. so if thats fine for u, i could pm u my ig acc!!

DAY 2: 200 CAL

Morning:
Coffee 0 cal
1 cup papaya 55 cal
Total: 55 cal

Lunch:
Coffee 0 cal
Mega Salad:
2 c mixed greens : 20 cal
1 cucumber : 20 cal
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes: 10 cal
5 radishes: 5 cal?
5 raspberries: 5 cal (I think lol)
Total: 60 cal

More coffee in the afternoon

Dinner:
A big bowl of carrot ramen made with:
1 carrot spiralized: 30 cal
2 c mixed greens: 20 cal
5 radishes: 5 cal
Flavoring: 1 Maggi spice mix packet, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder (ik this stuff is technically 0 cal but I feel like with the amount I used it probably does add up so I'm counting it as 5 cal )
Total: 60 cal

Total: 175 cal yayy

Tomorrow is 400 which is doable now that I made it through the hardest part!!

Breakfast:
Fiber powder: 100 cal
1 tsp cinnamon: 5 cal
Total: 105

Lunch:
Coffeeeee
Carrot : 30 cal
Salad 2 cup: 20 cal
1/2 Cucumber: 10 cal
Cherry tomatoes 1/3 cup: 10 cal
Papaya 1/2 cup: 30 cal
Total: 95 cal


Snack: mango pits 100 cal estimate
And more coffee

Dinner:
1 cup Cauliflower rice: 25 cal
1 shredded carrot: 30 cal
1/2 Cucumber: 10 cal
About 1/2 cup mixed greens: 5 cal
Hot sauce and mustard: gonna estimate 10 cal?
Total: 80

Day's Total: 380 cal

So I haven't updated in a couple days. I was really frustrated yesterday to find that the scale hadn't budged a bit after all my hard work and had a massive binge. (TMI) I was also really constipated and the fact that I have had to quit coffee cold turkey didn't help.
Basically I'm going to stop here because I will not be continuing with this diet. It's getting very difficult planning my meals for each day. I'm probably just going to maintain at 300-500 cal per day.
