I am aware of a couple already, but I was hoping to compile sort of a “master list” of accessible drugs that can reduce appetite. I’m not interested in the supplement-type ones (garcinia cambogia, acv, saffron extract, etc.) but only drugs intended as medicine. So far I only know of:

pseudoephedrine (OG Sudafed)
ephedrine (Bronk-Aid)
racepinephrine (Asthmanefrin)
caffeine

Can anyone add anything else to this list? It can be OTC or on the sales floor.

It’s okay! If I have to I will just manually go through the side effect lists for every common drugstore medicine - I was just hoping not to have to do that though lol

Holy shit bless you for this; I was really nervous about attracting suspicion for taking Sudafed when I'm not sick, but I could totally get away with Claritin

I find that any opiate-type medications suppress my appetite. I think in some places they sell cough syrup with codeine which might work, for example. It probably doesn't do that for everyone tho.
