2468 vs 500cal/day

Since 2468 averages out to 500cal/day, would you get same results just having 500cals every day?

Or are there added benefits to varying intake?

Personally, I got better results sticking with 500kcal per day. But I have to say that the 2468 diet gives you the possibility to eat something more..

Mostly vegetables, because you can eat a lot of them, and fruits. A little amount of carbs, but many protein food like chicken and eggs. That’s it
