can’t tell if the inches i’ve gained are from the antipsychotic or just not purging enough so the obvious solution is to flush more and stop the meds

I was making dinner, so proud of myself, I haven't wanted to throw up all day. I hadn't even been focusing on how much i want to die. And then someone had to go and fuck it all up. Why the fuck am I supposed to be at their beck and call meanwhile I have to fight for tiny crumbs of love from them? I'm sick of it. I just want to throw up until my insides come out and my heart stops.

low key excited and scared at the same time for my exams to be over tomorrow since I know that'll make me relapse so hard. my brain wants me to lose as much weight as possible by my doctors appointment on Tuesday and imma be purging so much up until then

i literally had 3 giant bp sessions yesterday so i forced myself to sleep all day today to avoid anymore and now i’m hungry and afraid i’ll end up doing another one tonight. fuck

I’m getting ready to purge my very last binge before attempting low restriction for the next two weeks. Odds are against me but I have to try. I need to end this b/p cycle before it ruins all of my progress. My stomach hurts from the binge I just had. I can’t wait to purge it and I also can’t wait to hopefully never feel this level of discomfort again. I probably sound like a fool lmao

I really wish I had purged my dinner last night. I feel so stupid for thinking it would be ok to keep one meal down. That’s why I’m paying for it today, I gained weight and it’s all because I thought if I didn’t purge one meal, it wouldn’t be so bad, right?
