Drinking more (water, tea...) is really helping me flush out that excessive water though. I can’t say I’m unhappy with it.
Today’s 800. The real challenge is going to be tomorrow, but I suppose the best way to go about it is working out the excessive calories.
Breakfast today: earl grey with two stevia sticks and a butter-free whole grain croissant (243)

I know it’s a lot. It’s like ...3500cal/week as opposed to 3200, but it will have to do until I plateau: that’s where I’ll need to restrict further. Hopefully it’ll be at a low enough weight.

Following you, our stats are similar and you seem to have a similar metabolism to mine. Hopefully not as bad as mine though-I gained on 200 cal

Hi and thank you for following!
Oof I remember back in the days I also gained on 200, then lost, the plateau’d. Guess that’s to be expected when metabolism gives up on you. That’s the catch of restricting: you have to keep going lower and lower.
We’re gonna make it though! I’m sure we will

Anything you’d recommend that worked for you when you plateaued this low? I guess after 20 years of messed up eating my body is finally flipping me the bird

Tell me about it, same here :/
I think I raised the max intake to 1000-1200 then switched to the ABC, which I didn’t complete though.
Guess this time around I’ll try to get a hold of some meds. I will literally do anything to get there I can tell you that much

Same, trying to get my husband to go back on Vyvanse so I can use that. The diet pills off amazon aren’t helping.

It’s for narcoleptics and people on graveyard shift. It’s an upper. I haven’t had much luck with garcinia

That cake was definitely sweeter than I anticipated. It killed my appetite.
But I have 275cal remaining for dinner, although I haven’t gone for my usual walk today yet. Probably gonna do so after dinner.
Ugh that cake was really too sweet. I’m nauseous now. No wonder I didn’t finish it.

Oh, I see ... yeah I can’t afford to mess around too much with medications or they’ll notice. My situation is a bit of a complicated one.
Although I might think about getting a hold of some if push comes to shove.
That’d be my last resort though.

Yeah if you can lose another way then do it, I’m just out of options outside of total liquid fast.Oh, I see ... yeah I can’t afford to mess around too much with medications or they’ll notice. My situation is a bit of a complicated one.

I’m afraid I’ll get there eventually, it did happen once so... I’m just trying to keep losing as much as possible I’m safer ways before going in for the kill.
If I get at least close to my UGW, then I can use the “anything” option to keep it or keep losing if I’m not satisfied when I’m there.
But I’ve still got a very long way to go...

You’ll get there and sooner than you think. You’re already going in the right direction

Really, STOP EATING THIS MUCH AT DINNER.
And I can’t even walk today.
All in all it’s not too bad, I’ll post the end of day later. Still ugh.
