Took 2 Garcinia pills as per instructions.
I should probably ask a mod to rename this topic and move it to another section since I modified the diet ... I don’t seem to be able to change the title myself.

I couldn’t finish the potato thing, which is good: lunch tomorrow.
Period started, so I am expecting some extra weight till it’s over. It’s super painful and totally unnecessary, what a nuisance.

Breakfast today was milk and muesli again (195), which I finished very reluctantly, I was already so full and my appetite basically non existent. (Thank you, Garcinia)
I start seeing that excuse of a thigh gap forming again when I bend! This makes me unbelievably happy.
I can also feel my hipbones a little more. It’s not much but you need to hold onto the little things!
Period is literally killing me though. It’s excruciating.

Breakfast today was tea with fresh milk and stevia, half a slice of whole grain bread and some Nutella (213)
The limit for today is 600 but to be honest I’m quite afraid of eating that much considering I’ve gained more than 1lb overnight...
