I am losing my mind.

I know one gains in higher days but this is NOT doing my mind any good.

Limit today is 700; I’ll have two meals and a peach as a snack.


Lunch: tea with stevia (0) and a sandwich(200) with lettuce (1) one hard boiled egg (68) one slice of ham (33) and light fresh cheese (48)

Total: 351. This will get me halfway through the day.

On a brighter note: despite the weight gain I can start to see my ribs. I have no clue how that’s even possible

159.17 lb today!! That was unexpected, such a pleasant surprise!

I need to trust restriction more. If I do it properly, there’s no way I am permanently gaining.

My upper body is always the first part where I notice thinning, and I can see my collarbones sticking out more now!! :) my neck is always quite thin, I love it.

Quick meal breakdown up to now:

Breakfast: tea with stevia and low-fat milk (47); one empty croissant (247)

Lunch: skipped (0)

Afternoon snack thing: a peach (57); one glass of low-fat milk (47) and half a raspberry roll (113)

I’m not sure what’s gonna be dinner, but so far I feel quite good, I should still have some 300 cal left.

Got some groceries yesterday and I’m a bit more prepared for next week’s low days.

Lunch was similar to yesterday:
Salad with a hard boiled egg (68), lettuce (23), some dressing (2) and one tomato (20)

93 in total


Dinner: I made some carrot soup (62) and ate way less than anticipated, which was extremely satisfying. I guess it’s the pills but I feel super full super fast!


So let’s see...

Intake: 316
Burnt: 50
Net: 266

You should try early eating restriction if you can. It’s been doing wonders for me. I restrict my eating to 8a-2p.

I did try intermittent fasting but it’s not safe for me anymore, as I start feeling dizzy while driving to work :/

I could do very well with it in school but eh, adult life

It’s not really intermittent fasting, it’s just giving your body more daytime hours to digest since your system slows down at night.

Oh! I get what you mean!

Still I’m not sure it will work for me though? I normally go on a break around 3 PM... and from the time I get up till three I have to have at least a tea to avoid dizziness

I have to say the pills are really helping beyond my expectations and my appetite is mostly in check... perhaps I can try something similar!

Another rule that worked very well for me back in the days is not to have anything after 6 PM! And that’s another thing I can’t really adapt to my current lifestyle as I am home later than that nearly every day...
