I am gonna have a pizza with a friend for dinner. I’m gonna make sure I have the baby portion (half of a normal one) and that it’s with that charcoal dough they make. They say it’s circa 420 cal, I’ll have to trust them on this.

But I have been keeping up with my diet and weighed myself daily.
Today I’m at 158,07. I couldn’t lose much (pigging during holiday wasn’t helpful, duh) but at least I didn’t gain either.
I need to be more discrete about all this... my parents were suspecting.

i’m following this, your thread is amazing! i’m also doing 2468 on garcinia- i just started so barely any results to speak of, but i was doing this in the summer of 2013 and i lost like 15 pounds in a month and 20 in a month and a half.

Welp I have lost nearly 22lb since the beginning but my mental condition was beyond terrible. I am still not doing great and still refusing medication because I don’t want to get fat and disgusting (I’d honestly rather die).
Seeing how my condition was getting worse, my therapist suggested I try StJohan’s wort and see. It should help while not poofing me up like a balloon.
The irrational fear of gaining because I’d feel less sick still haunts me... I am pretty much lost and starting to think I’m beyond help.
I hope I don’t gain.
