Breakfast: one glass of low-fat, lactose-free milk (60)

Lunch: zucchini and mince (90)

I am gonna have a pizza with a friend for dinner. I’m gonna make sure I have the baby portion (half of a normal one) and that it’s with that charcoal dough they make. They say it’s circa 420 cal, I’ll have to trust them on this.

Long time no see ... holiday plus getting sick prevented me from posting entries here.

But I have been keeping up with my diet and weighed myself daily.

Today I’m at 158,07. I couldn’t lose much (pigging during holiday wasn’t helpful, duh) but at least I didn’t gain either.

I need to be more discrete about all this... my parents were suspecting.
